Cherry Beach in the springtime has one more week to go
It's all local anesthesia from there, so get it while you can
Then wait until next year
Wash the poison off your head, starting over, backwards, again
Sing a little song to the summertime kids that are getting out of school
Riding their bikes and looking so cool, hanging out in the park with the local girls
On the riverbank, in the afternoon.... until September comes back around.... and it's still hot that time of year.... and the big kids come back to school for the Cherry Beach holiday

The sand is hot
It feels divine between your toes

Tomorrow we'll go to the lost and found for the Chery Beach holiday
